All of the raw materials used at GIVECORK are inspected upon arrival, thereby ensuring their compliance with our specifications before any of them are used in the production process.

During the production process itself, we monitor various critical parameters, including the proportion of the different materials used in the manufacture of agglomerated cork (glue, latex, paraffin, and granulated cork), speed, temperature, and so on. We also keep a close watch on the analysis of the raw materials: their appearance, physical parameters, organoleptic properties, microbiological state, etc. All of these controls insure that the end product meets the quality needs of our clients.
